I have enjoyed establishing a notable track record over the past 23 years in new home building while working for a high volume builder. I have supervised up to 6 subdivisions at one time in 3 different cities...most houses carried at one time was 60. I am capable of handling a high number of homes under construction in various stages while still maintaining and follow up and assistance on warranty when needed. I am also experienced in customer service, data entry, EPA / sub-division maintenance, warranty and remodeling.My capabilities encompass supervising and scheduling the entire building and remodeling process as well as warranty work. This includes homeowner consultations, redlining blue print modifications, scheduling vendors, material deliveries, inspections, tear down of existing structures, final punch out and closing. I pride myself on my problem solving and people management skills through the home building process to ensure timely delivery of the home and maintain on time scheduled dates as well as managing resolution to any issues that arise during the build snd on through warranty.
