In the last two years, my team saved the Department of Defense millions of dollars by successfully developing and running a test program across 17 test sites throughout the U.S. The strategy for the test program was to reduce program cost, schedule and risk by incorporating new financial and time management strategies. Managed the requirements and procurement of vehicles, weapons and Visual Augmentation Systems for Special Mission Units. Worked with joint special operations units. Responsible for the budget, requirements management and all procurement. TS Clearance.• Formulated classified investment funding requirements for the I-POM (MFP-11) for 82 classified programs, prepared program budget justifications for the US SOCOM budget estimates. • Spear-headed development of requirements utilizing JCIDS/SOFCIDS processes for SMU’s weapons and vehicles insuring the operators had necessary equipment to succeed.• Interfaced directly with JSOC, USSOCOM, MACOMS, Program Managers, Material Developers, DoD, National Defense Laboratories and other services and agencies to insure Special Operation Forces requirements were properly represented and included in the material acquisition process.• Lead integrator for operational needs statements (ONS) for Aviation, Information Operations, Electronic Warfare, Weapons and Vehicles.

Spear-headed the development, coordination and execution of the first OEF Stryker test plan on time and under cost providing cost efficiencies and schedule reductions. Awarded the Army Acquisition Program of the Year.• Program Manager in Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF): Volunteered for and was selected to deploy to Afghanistan as the PM Forward to support the Stryker Brigades. Successful mission that included leading the effort on a driver’s enhancement kit development and retrofit which saved countless lives. • Assistant Program Manager C4ISR: Responsible for configuration management of C4ISR systems on the Stryker Family of Vehicles which resulted in success during combat operations in both Iraq and Afghanistan. Served as Program Integrator for all C4ISR systems integrated on Stryker variants to include, but not limited to: DUKE, CREW, OSRVT, BFT, and Land Warrior. Interfaced with prime contractor, other programs of record and other HQDA organizations and agencies successfully. Performed continuous management and review of cost, schedule, performance and supportability of C4ISR projects, programs and products as they transitioned through the acquisition life cycle.• Assistant Program Manager Mobile Gun System (MGS): Responsible for preparation and successful completion of the Mobile Gun Systems OTRR III and IOT&E for Milestone III. Provided management oversight for over 160 retrofits to fielded and deployed MGS vehicles, ensuring Soldiers operating these vehicles in Operation Iraqi Freedom had the safest configuration possible.• Develop, review, evaluate, and make recommendations concerning acquisition documents, priorities, schedules, milestones, and other program matters bearing on project / program assignments.

Developed and implemented Intelligence SharePoint portal allowing personnel in theater and at home station the ability to better communicate and share intelligence. Awarded Joint Commendation Medal for getting the Tiger Shark Unmanned Aerial Vehicle into action in theater allowing safer intelligence gathering capabilities that had not been previously possible.
