Seller Success Manager
Current- Respond to Subscription Seller questions/enquiries as required
- Develop a deep understanding of the Seller Monetization model such that it can be effortlessly explained to a Seller
- Manage/communicate annual Seller Subscription renewals that will entail increases/decreases in Seller Subscriptions
- Consistently and repeatedly reinforce the value of membership in the Tradeshift Network for a Seller
- Collaborate with all responsible internal organizations to deliver and meet commitments to Sellers
- Measure/improve Seller Satisfaction satisfaction with Tradeshift products and services
