Having a strong sports and fitness background, I studied food science to bring the two worlds of fitness and nutrition together and find ways to communicate a healthy self-loving lifestyle to people. I´ve been working the last years as a personal coach with professional athletes, sports teams, elite managers, companies, all ages and genders. I´m the product developer and Co-owner at the supplement company Biotanicals and founder of the healthy meal company Gourmetta FitMe. 2020 I founded the health zone bluzone as the number one communication platform for health in Germany.
