I am a passionate biotechnologist who has gained experience by working in pharmaceutical, pathology industry and carrying out research at academic level. Currently, I work as a grade B operator in the Inactivation department of CSL Seqirus for flu vaccine production. My primary role is to attenuate the live virus in Biosafety cabinets following cGMP guidelines, determine the protein concentration of the centrifugation pool, perform Environmental monitering and tranfer the final product for downstreaming. I have developed expertise in many sophisticated techniques like isolation, cloning, extraction and purification of nucleic acids, protein chemistry, NGS etc and used instruments like spectrophotometer, centrifuge, PCR machines, gel electrophoresis having worked in pathology and carrying out research.
