Submission of Proposals along with the Documents, Specifications, Drawings for Equipments / Materials for approval of the Consultant / Client.2. Placement of Orders on the Suppliers for Formwork / Scaffolding, Cut & Bent Reinforcement, Waterproofing work etc. at the negotiated Terms and Condition and Prices.3. Checking the Bar Bending Schedule given by Rebar supplier before placing the order4. Mobilization to the Project site for the commencement of the work.• Monitoring Status of all ongoing Projects - District Cooling Plant in Palm Jumeirah, Administration Building of Dubai Metro Railway Project, Multistoried Building in Dubai Limitless Down Town Project. • Having capabilities in managing projects through each stage of the project in-line with budgets and timeframes.• Coordination of all the Projects of Al-Hasoun for optimization of use of Man power, Construction Equipments, Consumables etc.• Involvement in contract administration and subcontractor management• Coordination with clients for Site inspection, Measurements of the completed works and Billing.• Coordination with site execution team and support them from different angles to achieve the target construction schedule.
