Here the main aim was to monitor the effective practice of pain assessment, management and documentation and identify if there was any lack in the standard practices.Intern: Human Resource Management at Ruby Hall Clinic, Pune: 25th Jan 2016 - 25th March 2016• A study to design and implement the Pain management assessment and training for patient safety drives through pre-audit in a selected Multispecialty Hospital: Pune (2016): In this project the main objective was to design training sessions for nurses and doctors regarding the standard method of pain assessment and management and encourage awareness about the need for pain assessment and management.
