My special interest areas include talent transformation, strategy, innovation, leadership development, digital transformation, future of work, executive coaching, and corporate entrepreneurship. I have worked at an executive leadership level, in all areas of strategic and operational HR; helping teams align to business goals; helping organizations with design, goal setting, assessment, deployment and capability building of people. I have also been a Visiting Faculty at School of Inspired Leadership, where I taught courses on digital workplaces and competency mapping. My objective at work is chiefly to create positive impact through transforming talent and enabling innovation. I am passionate about learning, growth, innovation and inclusion. I am also an artist, and paint using acrylics and oils on canvas.
