CurrentHandling an entire range of HR Operations at the organization including Recruitment, Employee Life Cycle, Grievance Handling, Payroll Management and Employee Engagement.• End to End Involvement in Recruitment process • Ensuring a smooth Onboarding and Exit Processing for all employees• Support in planning appropriate Induction, training, workshops to ensure the team is always sufficiently equipped to perform the role• Support in making/reviewing Job Descriptions, set objectives, Key Performance Indicators and metrics in line with organizational goals and objectives• Improve processes, policies and practices for greater organizational effectiveness and efficiency• End to end Payroll Process including salary disbursement and Full & Final Settlement Skills: IT recruitment, Campus Hiring, HR Policy Formulation · Applicant Tracking Systems · Employee Relations · Compensation & Benefits · HR Operations · HR Management
