CurrentRio Tinto, Advisor HSEC (Jadar Project appointed OHS person) (2020-2023)Participating in designing of strategy relating to the organization and management of HSE within the wider context of business processes and external regulatory (high knowledge of health and safety legislation), community and social influences. As an appointed person for the Jadar project for OHS in front of the Serbian Occupational Safety and Health Law, a broad understanding of a core range of hazards and hazard controls, with a deeper knowledge of own specific industry and regional and local HSE standards and legislation. Providing broad-based advice, support and analysis to organizations regarding risk assessment and controls and its management processes. Participation in internal HSEQ audits;Rio Tinto, Advisor - External Affairs (2018-2020)Identifying, defining and managing stakeholder needs and engagements including communities, government, political, scientific and special interest groups. Determining non-technical (including legislative, regulatory, reputation, political and social) risks and develop appropriate mitigations to support.Rio Tinto, Community liaison officer (2017-2018)Implementation of community social performance activities. Developing and maintaining honest & transparent relationships with the surrounding communities. Supporting the senior leadership team. Providing support to Land access team including land lease and land acquisition activities. Field support from the aspect of HSE in relation to the activities of the ESIA (CSP) team, including training and supervision of subcontractors.
