Michele G. Tarantino concentrates her practice in real estate and land use, representing private clients, financial institutions and commercial developers in connection with the acquisition, financing, development and leasing of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects. As a member of Flaster/Greenberg’s Alternative and Renewable Energy Industry Group, she represents clients engaged in green leasing and green building. Ms. Tarantino served as a law clerk to the New York State Supreme Court Judge Carol H. Arber, and has held positions in the Enforcement Departments of the New York Stock Exchange and NASD Regulation, Inc. in New York. She has managed development projects for a national real estate developer specializing in the construction of luxury rental apartments, condominiums and senior housing communities in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. Ms. Tarantino has delivered presentations on many areas of real estate including commercial leasing and restaurant leasing.
