- Leading the development and implementation of museum, heritage, and archive projects for various clients, including those in Australia and Southeast Asia. A list of projects I have developed and implemented can be found here: https://www.seams.id/projects- Example of recent projects include the Australia-Indonesia Museums (AIM) Project, funded by the Australia-Indonesia Institute of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, including designing and co-curating the Tetangga Exhibition. Additionally, from 2022 to 2023, I have worked on a project for UNESCO at the Sawahlunto World Heritage site in West Sumatra to revitalize three museums, develop a temporary exhibition featuring arts and culture, as well an overall interpretation strategyincluding public art and cultural performance.

Returning as the Academic Program Officer (APO) for CADPP 2025.

As an Academic Program Officer (APO) for the ACICIS' Creative Arts and Design Professional Practicum (CADPP) 2024, I oversee all aspects of the program, from its preparation to delivery and evaluation. My responsibilities include coordinating program setup, facilitating student support, and overseeing academic activities tailored to CADPP's immersive learning experience. I am involved in preparing the program, including arranging student placements, and leading seminar series to engage students during the academic weeks. Throughout CADPP, I foster relationships with placement host organisations and ensure seamless program operations. Post-program, I contribute to evaluating the program's effectiveness and assessing student progress. My commitment is aimed at ensuring program success while enriching students' academic and professional journey within Indonesia's dynamic arts community.

Key responsibilities:- Worked with project training experts to include gender-sensitive language into training manuals.- Planned and facilitated discussions with students to raise awareness about RET training in Lombok and girls’ participation in the training.- Developed multi-media products (video, website articles) showcasing female teacher and student participation in project activities, based on interviews with project beneficiaries.

Key responsibilities: - Assisted the Creative Producer with educational programmes, such as in designing and planning the Omnibus’ Winter Show 2017, conducting research including UK primary education, planning educational workshops and creating questionnaires for teachers.- Worked with the Education team in the Omnibus’ youth theatre in the annual performance, including weekly rehearsal, stage management and programme design.

Key responsibilities: - Liaised with the Wayang Museum in Jakarta for the conduct of the project.- Worked with the project manager to assess the condition of the leather puppet collections and replicas.- Produced pictures of the collections and analyse database record and composed an assessment report.

Key responsibilities:- Planned, implemented, and monitored ACICIS’ programs in Jakarta and Bandung.- Liaised with universities, government, the private sector, NGOs counterparts in the planning and conduct of the ACICIS’ internship programs on business, development studies and journalism, at over fifty host organisations.- Organised and facilitated seminar series on various relevant Indonesia-based topics and issues.- Worked with a local production house to produce and direct several promotional video programs.- Developed and regularly updated a training manual for staff regarding their duties.- Regularly monitored and reported security issues in Jakarta and Bandung to the Secretariat of any significant developments that could adversely affect student safety and updating ACICIS’ Jakarta Risk Management Guidelines.

Key responsibilities:- Taught Indonesian language for beginner, intermediate and advanced classes on a daily basis.- Developed teaching materials and monitored and evaluated learning progress of all students.- Tutored advanced students on an individual basis to work on projects.

Key responsibilities:- Planned and conducted ACICIS’ program events including orientation sessions, checkpoint meetings, excursions and other program events.- Provided regular pastoral support services for ACICIS’ students in Yogyakarta.- Worked with local university and NGO community contact persons to design a productive series of activities.

Key responsibilities: - Taught English for youth and adult classes on a regular basis (16 classes per week).- Developed curriculum, lesson plan and creative learning materials and extracurricular activities.- Produced comprehensive narrative and quantitative monthly report and send it to the supervisor.- Developed new sustainable projects including building a library and teacher training program.
