My areas of expertise are in Product Development (NPD/NPI) and Technology, ranging from early stages of product innovation to fully validated and released solutions, proven across several industry sectors (semicon, high-tech, automotive, medical and energy) and according to demanding quality standards. I am a driven and authentic leader, who trusts and enables teams to develop and excel. My wide technical background and previous engineering and executive roles help me communicate effectively with R&D organisations, through creating and applying structures, frameworks, and roadmaps that provide clarity to technical teams.
