Proudly responsible for the manufacturing, efficiency improvements, staff on-boarding and training, and capability expansion of the non-metallic teams within Mincham.

My role is split focus between advising on composite structure design and development, internal training of Minchams technicians, and heavy involvement in the design and implementation of Unmanned Aerial Delivery Systems.

A team based in South Australia and housed in its own dedicated premises with facilities for maintenance, restoration, fabrication and composite construction.Combining nearly 50 years of motorsport experience, the team consisted of a number of enthusiastic people bringing various skills and experiences. It had the capability to prepare, store, transport and run a complete compliment of race event personnel – pit crew, data engineer, race engineer and catering/logistics.My role away from being a driver, was to train new drivers entering the team, or leasing our cars. I was to help prepare, educate and handle the drivers, this involved explaining how various geometry set ups can affect a cars feel on the track and to help them to understand and visualise through the use of data logging and acquisition. I would help to advise certain strategies on and off track along with assisting in communication between driver and engineer to ensure each drivers car was tuned precisely to their style of driving.
