Aligned the global dairy offering with the global business strategy. This allowed me to travel the world as an invited guest to many speaking engagements interacting with KOL's, customers and leaders to grow the business within multiple regions. This was a highly collaborative marketing role as part of the Senior Leadership Team, working across the functions of Sales, R&D, PD, and Supply Chain on project management, product availability, forecasting, and product lifecycle to meet global and regional market needs. Led and influenced Regional Brand and Product Managers to define target markets for growth and customer segments within regions. Provided sales projections to strategic product pipeline acquisitions through data analytics, IoT and cloud technologies. Launched "DeNovo Genetics," the "Icon Sires™" program, "TransitionRight®," The ABS Global Experience Tour, and launched a unique digital marketing website enabling sales teams to build custom product packages. Implemented company's first product lifecycle management. Led business integration team following acquisition of multi-million-dollar business . Eventually asked to lead the Global Marketing Team which became an interim global marketing director role, until transitioning into a true sales leader role.

Led a global team of senior analysts and a program manager in developing our competitive worldwide offering. Evaluated, selected and acquired superior dairy genetics in the Central and Eastern United States. Began the feedback loop between Marketing, Brand Management, Production and Product Development to streamline time to market of key products. Managed budgets to expectation.

This role was a deep dive into data and financial analytics. Relied on multiple sources of data for the efficient procurement of elite genomic sires within a region of 14 US states. Fostered close working relationships with key genetic suppliers across the country. Initiated embryo purchases for future genetic offerings in China and Brazil. It was here that I learned how to build relationships from the ground up within and territory I had never spent time in previously. Genomic technology was launched within months of my acceptance for this role. Developed a deep appreciation for early technology adoption.

Provided sales support through whole-herd genetic analysis and prospective proposals. Developed new approach to underlying genetic analysis of large dairy. Managed semi-annual, week-long training and certification program for future and current GMS evaluators worldwide. Traveled internationally to coach and evaluate the best and brightest of the sales support team known as GMS. Developed a whole new line of marketing materials for global adoption which were then successfully used by the company for over a decade.
