I have traveled to 30 nations working with leaders across many platforms. I am certified with the Cultural Intelligence Center as a CQ Certified Facilitator. My Doctoral studies were in Leadership and Global Perspectives at George Fox University with a dissertation focusing on using cultural intelligence to assist international workers in dealing with cross-cultural engagements and mitigating issues of globalization. I have developed an 8-hour workshop entitled "Crossing the Cultural Divide" that looks at the current issues of globalization and how cultural intelligence can assist the international worker.
