In 2011, The Royal Australian College of the General Practitioners (RACGP) launched a technology enterprise called RACGP Oxygen. Responsible for identifying strategic partners to deliver innovative clinical, technological, consumer and business products and services to support general practice and better health outcomes.

Responsible for leading the National Marketing, QI&CPD, and Business Development teams at the RACGP. Key responsibilities: - Marketing (digital & print design and production, and multi-channel communication for the RACGP) - Membership (all matters relating to acquiring, servicing and creating value for 37,000+ GP members) - Setting and maintaining the QI&CPD education framework (mandatory educational requirements for GPs)- Creating long-term commercial business relationships for the College to generate revenue, and a better value proposition for our members

Responsible for:- Identifying new commercial partnership opportunities - The management of the CRM database - 33,000+ members- Digital media sales- Leadership of the sales team

Co-Founder and Managing Director of a cycling fitness studio, focused on engaging the motivated and unmotivated to reach their fitness potential. Responsible for running all aspects of the SME, including but not limited to - training program design, customer engagement strategies, marketing, communications, financials, franchise strategy, and staff development.

Broad experience across all life cycles of brand management - market access, launch and mature cycles to drive sales results. Launch preparation in new disease areas (launch strategy, launch plan, KOL identification and development, regulatory and reimbursement strategy) Designing market research programs for customer insights and to shape strategy (face to face and electronic) Expertise in innovative patient sourcing initiatives (digital and paper-based) and patient retention programs to improve patient adherence and compliance. Experienced across paper and digital mediums, including digital detailing, App design, digital media, and online audits.
