Mitch Bate is a Director and Architectural Designer at EMBARC Architectural Design. Colleagues describe him as "Mitchell is a dedicated and enthusiastic design student who always applies himself well to all tasks given. From an early age Mitchell studied Design at Secondary School, completing both Graphics and Art & Design papers for NCEA. During my time in the Middle East Mitchell further continued study gaining international qualifications in CAD and work experience. He was well regarded by those he came in contact with and specifically those who were in positions of design influence at Nakheel Shopping Malls. In an informal capacity was given exposure to the various architectural and design possibilities in Dubai. He was given the opportunity to fully work on concept hotel designs intended for a project in Libya in North Africa, where his mentor contracted. Mitchell is a well balanced individual and comes with my full recommendation to those who seek a stable employee to be associated with commercial and residential design contracts. His New Zealand studies will give him a National Diploma of Architectural Technology."
