I am a seasoned philanthropy/development senior executive with 25+ years of experience, having served in leadership roles with increasing responsibility within top-ranked academic medical centers and health systems. My focus and resulting success have been on/due to taking development programs from solid to extraordinary.I firmly believe that at the core of our philanthropy work should be a rich culture focused on the golden rule, doing the right thing and having an abundance mentality. I thrive when leading with courage and bettering the field of giving, whether believing the best in people and finding the potential in them to maximize their potential or presenting to others on the power of philanthropy.I'm responsible for leading all philanthropy efforts across Highmark Health and Allegheny Health Network. This includes overseeing transformational, principal and major giving, grateful patient fundraising and integrated comprehensive campaigns. I am passionate about the power of gratitude and am invested in philanthropy’s transformational impact on patients and their families, our healthcare providers and the greater community, state, region and nation.
