-Provides all customer service needs including guest check-in, greetings, customer questions, cleaning, ect.

-Responsible for planning and implementing seven one-week Summer Academy sessions for children ages six through twelve in groups of 20-40 participants weekly.-Groupings and weekly food orders through Excel for the attendees and Coaches.-Responsible for contacting parents regarding behavioral situations via phone and email.-Supervision roles of kids including leadership and management of four to seven coaches per week with the role of distributing tasks to coaches and myself.-Responsible for daily set-up and clean-up including sign-in paperwork, equipment, goody bags, and safety precautions.

-Researched to expand golf playing opportunities in the Chicagoland Area for special needs individuals, veterans, and youth programs such as Youth on Course and the Sunshine through Golf Program.-Planning and implementation of foundation fundraising events including maintaining donor database and equipment inventory.-Conducted communication activities such as taking photos for numerous golf camps, outings, and fundraisers.-Managed several Foundation projects such as award distribution, and thank you follow-ups to SRAs and golf professionals by sending personal letters and links to photos uploaded to our Flickr account of events page.-Worked several CDGA scramble events across the Chicagoland area where I completed a number of tasks such as: setting up hole contest signs, registering guests, fundraising for the foundation at hole-in-one contests, and recording scoring for individuals.

-Responsible for set-up and clean-up of practice: Assist with drills, keeping statistics, running the clock/scoreboard ect.
