Hello everyone and welcome to my profile.I am an adaptable self-motivated Student Affairs professional who’s delivered holistic and student centered services across Residence Life, New Student Orientation and Transition programs, Student Activities, and Academic Affairs. In 2019, my co-authored article “Challenging Heterosexual White College Men to Engage in Campus Diversity Efforts” was published in JCTOR: The Journal of College Orientation, Transition, and Retention, one of Higher Education’s top leading journals in the functional area of New Student Orientation and Transition. My work has also been featured in UWL’s Campus Connection and within the Student Affairs Administration Program at UWL. Currently I am a Residence Hall Director where I work to create and sustain developmental conversations and inclusive communities while contributing to the overall success of UWL’s on-campus residents.My competencies include: student conduct, graphic design, relationship/team management, identity-conscious supervision, performance evaluations, program creation/implementation, planning & development, assessment, StarRez, Maxient, fiscal management, logistics coordination & scheduling, etc.
