CurrentKey Responsibilities and skills:- Manage a team of people to execute working task allocated by the Project team.- Ensure the team follows all site safety process's and environmental requirements.- Monitor and review the performance of plant, labour and subcontractors to ensure production targets are met.- Ensure all works completed on site are completed to the business standard and industry specified standards.- Produce and submit supervisory reports for progress monitoring and other site performance information as requested by site management and the project team.- Planning and ordering of plant materials.- Allocate resources across the site to ensure the team is spread and utilized efficiently to complete the required task. - Ability to communicate effectively with all level of stakeholders.- Lead the team with enthusiasm and strong leadership behaviors.-Leading hand-Work Group Supervisor-Labor supervision-Overseeing jobs from set out to completion-Supervising subcontractors -Licensed Dogman-Electrical spotter-Plant operator ( excavator, skid steer, articulated haul truck/moxy)-Combined service route installation-Local service installation- Earthworks- Earthmoving- Pit & Pipe installation
