For over 30 years, I have been focused on providing project related operational, financial and risk management support for the Architectural profession. Provide studio operational support to assist the Managing Principals and Studio Leaders in working with the project teams and resources with a focus on effective project delivery. Special emphasis is made in developing key business systems to advance and enhance project performance from a operational and financial perspective.Oversee and manage the risk management aspect for the firm through the facilitation of an internal Risk Management Committee and the reviewing and negotiating of any and all project legal documents including, but not limited to, Owner Architect Agreements, Consultant agreements, lease agreements and any other legal matters involving the firm's professional services. Active participation with the AIA Large Firm Roundtable Legal Committee and with our Insurance carrier's Policyholder Group advisory committee.I am grateful to work with many dedicated professionals and to supervise many talented staff who are highly skilled in these areas of management including those outside legal and insurance professionals.
