The solutions delivered span the data recovery, online marketing, automotive, and healthcare industries. Project highlight include:- Global roll-out of new product offerings across NA and EMEA regions- Solution delivery in both platform-based and best-in-breed enterprise architectures- B2C and B2B customer types, including direct and indirect customer bases- Billing system integrations with payment processing, taxation, data warehouse, ESB, financial mangement, and provisioning applications- Extensive experience with API and event-based system integrationsProduct and Business Analyst:Providing business analysis on CPQ, Billing, and custom software IT projects with an emphasis on:- Requirements elicitation, documentation, and confirmation- Use case specification and user story development- User acceptance testing preparation and facilitation
