Allegiant Reverse Services was formed in April, 2016 as a specialized title and settlement company dedicated to the reverse mortgage industry. As Assistant Vice President I work along side our first class team to build a division that houses the most knowledgeable, talented and respected staff in the industry. I manage the sales and customer services departments where we aim to provide education, resources and solutions to our reverse mortgage customers.

Manage team of 15-20 FTE. Participates in the formulation of work procedures, policies and methods to ensure compliance with Wells Fargo, legal, investor, regulatory, and/or business policies which directly affect the work unit. Also manage projects that primarily impact a functional area or specific department, oversee quality control process, and assist with managing budget.

Leads and oversees activities of a loan production, loan servicing, commercial and real estate construction loan team which may include a large single business function or multiple business functions. Responsible for loan processing, documentation, pre-closing/closing tasks, monitoring, loan servicing and underwriting activities. Ensures compliance with Wells Fargo, investor, legal, regulatory and business policies. Responsible for hiring, coaching, developing and supervising exempt/non-exempt production, servicing, documentation, administrative support staff and senior Specialists. Develops and implements operational, servicing, or documentation procedures, methods and work systems. Has direct supervision of Team Leads who provide work direction to the team. Oversee quality control process and assist with budget process.
