Director of an Army ROTC program responsible for the supervision and mission accomplishment of 130+ personnel. This program has doubled in size and consistently ranks as one of the top programs in the nation. Primarily responsible for recruiting, retaining, selecting, training, and commissioning future officer leadership of the U.S. Army. Serve as the academic department chairperson. Responsible for the management control program, cadet contracts, pay entitlements, budget and unit funds.• Selected for the Cochise Award (best program in its category in a region of 36 host programs).• Named National Professor of Military Science of the Year (#1 of over 275) ...special note...this is a team award and thanks to multiple cadre, staff, Cadets and university officials for the designation!

Belgium (Shape)

Responsible for police plans, operations, antiterrorism training, and force protection requirements for Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe, the senior NATO military headquarters. Supervised and lead a staff section of 180 personnel from 17 nations; supervised and mentored an International Military Police Companies Leadership, the Provost Marshal staff, and an International Criminal Investigations section; planed, developed and executed annual antiterrorism and force protection training; advised the SHAPE command group on force protection policies and procedures; submited security funding requirements through the chain of command to the NATO Military Budget Committee; provided real-time briefings to installation and strategic headquarters command groups on police operations; briefed general and flag officers on police matters.

South West Asia

Assigned as Multi-National Corps-Iraq Provost Marshal Operations Officer; tracked current Military Police combat operations throughout Iraq consisting of five Multi-National Divisions, three combat support MP Brigades, one Sec For BCT, 12 MP Battalions, 55 MP Companies, six Law and Order Detachments, 181 Military Working Dogs and other MP assets. Conducted daily liaison with MNF-I, ARCENT, CENTCOM, FORSCOM and JFCOM in order to plan for and synchronize deployment, redeployment and sourcing of critical MP assets as the MP War Fighting Function Force Generation Officer and ensured assets flowed into theater on time and that they were properly manned, trained, equipped, and configured to augment or replace existing formations. Prepared for and conducted General Officer level briefings on the current and future theater Military Police requirements for the Iraqi theater of operation.

Germany

Operations Officer for a Criminal Investigation Command (CID) Military Police Group consisting of a Group Headquarters, two subordinate battalions and a specialized field office providing operational support of Army, Joint, and combined Criminal Investigations, criminal intelligence, logistics security, counter-drug, antiterrorism, force protection and protective services in support of Army and DOD interest in the European Area of Operations. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing investigative operational missions and investigative support to theater-wide combat and contingency operations.

Germany

Chief of Executive Services Division (ESD) of the Secretary of General Staff for US Army Europe/7th Army. Led a staff of 23 officers, NCOs and civilians in support of a Major Command Headquarters. Responsible for all matters concerning executive services, command group conferences, distinguished visitors, and protocol for the command group and general staff. Managed a budget of ~$930,000 and a fleet of 9 vehicles. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all official visits to US Army Europe by members of Congress, DOD, general officers, and foreign dignitaries.

Multiple

Led a mid performing recruiting company to a top 20 producing one out of 243 dispersed nationwide. Later, was the Aide for the Commanding General for US Army Recruiting Command. Responsibilities included planning and coordinating the CGs daily and long-range calendar activities. Ensured continued communications with and between the five regional brigades and 41 dispersed battalions. Drafted and finalized CG correspondence, directives and evaluations as well as provided guidance and assistance on actions demanding the CGs attention. Planned, coordinated and accompanied the CG on multiple visits to all 50 states and abroad. Served as a conduit of information, requirements and guidance from the CG to the headquarters directors and subordinate commanders.

Various

Led with distinction in multiple units starting at ground level as a private and working up through the non-commissioned officer ranks into being a commissioned officer. Served in units such as the US Army Honor Guard, as an instructor at Air Assault School, commanded the only Army Customs Company, Provost Marshal in Italy, and multiple other assignments always taking units to the next level. Received multiple honor graduate recognitions at DOD schools and universities.
