Als manager van de afdeling Landelijke Ontwikkelingen & Programma's ben ik verantwoordelijk voor de totale landelijk programma- en projectenportfolio (~1.4 miljard) en de projectteams (~24 teams) in samenwerking met de 9 gebieden van ProRail.

Als manager voor het gebied Zuid-West ben ik verantwoordelijk voor de totale projectenportfolio (~120milj.), de projectteams (~11 teams) en samen met de Gebiedstafel Zuid-West (MT) het gebiedsteam Zuid-West (~270FTE).

My tasks mainly consist out of project management of multiple projects simultaneously. This includes management as well as commercial dealings.

1. My work at Flowserve was as a temporary contractor working on a model to predict the route of raw product through the factory as determined by certain parameters. This included applied machine, setup- and runtimes and possible alternatives. I defined the overall structure of the model, after which I led a small team to produce a program applying the model.
