- Write descriptions that are suited for various programs and age levels- Create descriptions that are timed appropriately with program audio- Critique creative and technical aspects of files created by other Describers- Review narrated descriptions and provide feedback on audio quality- Complete projects under a strict deadline environment- Develop and utilize efficient research methods- Document progress of project in stages- Learn and understand the description and captioning process from bid through delivery- Solicit feedback from blind and low vision community on company styles and standards- Work with blind and low vision community to receive work critiques- Assist the Production Staff Manager, President, or COO as necessary
