I am a professional, enthusiastic investigator with over eighteen years experience as a Police Officer, promoting integrity, fairness, with respect for diversity and a drive for positive change and learning.I have a diverse policing background, with experience in numerous fields, including investigative work as a Detective, armed Policing operations, child and adult protection and community based policing roles.This experience has lead to forming strategic partnership working approaches, working with people from various backgrounds and positions within Local Authority, Government and private business.Having responsibility for numerous probationary Officers and taking the role as lead investigator in large enquiry teams with numerous specialist resources has strengthened my people management and leadership skills.I am always seeking a new challenge within and out-with the industry of policing with a keen interest in distillation and I am currently studying the General Certification in Distilling having completed the Foundations of Distilling through the IBD in my free time.I am HSEQ driven, a people person with a motivational drive and passion for success.I have recently taken on a new role and challenge as a Process Team Member with William Grant and Sons at Glenfiddich, leaving the Police after 18 years service.I am excited to start in my new role.
