Primary responsibility's are to travel to customers resident or place of business and troubleshoot computer problems. Other duties when at the store assist customers in purchase of there new technology i.e. laptops, desktops, tablets, printers. Along with helping complete in store Tech Services on the bench.

Assisted Contractors with there purchase's. Usually involving pulling product from the store and loading it into customers vehicle.

Using CAD I assisted the civil engineer in drawing up plans for commercial, residential buildings, water lines, sewer lines, roads and subdivisions. Went onsite to help conduct inspections taking pictures of construction not build to plans or code. Other duties included setting up and maintaining a inner office network. Where all drawing files where backed up to on a daily basis. Also all plotters and printers where setup on the network. Trained new employees on the use of the network and software being used at the time. Was responsible for the general upkeep of all computers and the server
