Working back in SoCal! For the leader in Wireless telecom Crown Castle. Curently I am directly involved with Crown Castle SCFN designing and building the newest inovations in small cell development and could not be more excited about it! I am a very driven and dynamic individual always challenging myself and constantly looking for solutions. During my 20 year career in telecom I have both built Cellular sites from the ground up and managed full scale projects start to finish. For the first 9 years I learned what it meant to put out a quality product and express to others on my team the importance of safety, efficiency and teamwork. Soon with the combination of my leadership skills and ability to overcome obstacles with solutions I became a Foreman and soon after a Lead Field Foreman. My introduction to the Construction Management level of my career started in a very fast paced environment that challenged my skills not only as a Construction Manager but as a Project Manager as well. The relationships I've built with the colleagues I've worked in the past and present, I believe have made me a better manager that understands what kind of teamwork and group effort it takes to have a successful team and project. My career as a Construction Manager will continuously be a work in progress as I'm always willing to learn, grow and adapt to the ever changing demands of the wireless industry.
