The emphasis will be on providing mentor-ship and leadership to an experienced team to continue to provide exemplary customer service, maximize revenue opportunities, control operating costs and foster the culture of promoting a safe, respectful and accountable work environment. Responsibilities• Develop and introduce a strategic business plan. • Grow revenues and profits in accordance to the business plan. • Identify and maximize all sales and market development opportunities. • Provide leadership to ensure organizational goals are achieved. • Ensure outstanding customer service is provided by developing rapport and strengthening relationships with all customers and suppliers. • Provide leadership by managing performance of all direct reports. • Balance inventory turns to support sales and market opportunities. • Create a productive and safe work environment. • Promote Quality Program and continuous improvement initiatives. • Accountable for bottom line profitability of the operation
