I learnt how to train people in the Army. If it's not done properly, it's not done. Left the Army & learnt my skills in direct sales. I have been training sales since 1995. So 26 years of making good people great. Initially, I trained direct sales door to door. However, since 2002 I have been training telesales. In 2004 I started a new campaign in South Africa, selling domestic telecoms to the UK. 2007 I helped start up The Business Advisory Service. Training our staff to get businesses to switch their UK utilities provider. Initially there were just 3 staff selling. When BAS was sold in 2012 we had over 120 agents, plus numerous support staff. BAS continued trading under new ownership until purchased by Smarter Business in 2017. I left Smarter Business to start up KuulEats in March of 2020. KuulEats continues to grow, despite the pandemic.
