The role is required to achieve residential connections within Queensland, predominantly in the South East Queensland in areas such as; Toowoomba, Springfield, Brisbane's South Side, Logan, Gold Coast and Northern NSW.Internal liaising incorporates the following:- Connections Administrator- Marketing Department Representatives- Capital Delivery- Asset Analysts- Planning & Engineering- Customer Service CentreExternal liaising incorporates the following:- Appliance Manufacturers & Appliance Retailers- Gas Fitters & Plumbers- Gas Retailers (Origin & AGL)- Builders & Developers- Construction Industry Affiliations (i.e.Master Builders Association)- End-use consumers

Planning - Assist with the creation of sales plans, for the defined portfolio of account customers and potential new customers, and that they are in line with the branch and division's strategic plan to meet the branch's required targets. Plan and work through weekly call plans that encompass territory and segment initiatives. Report on progress weekly. Ensure all activity and opportunities are logged in Sebel's CRM system.Business Development - Engage in business development activities. Grow new business opportunities and build new accounts with new and existing customers through: engaging in internal and external networking; undertaking research relating to prospective customers and markets; prepare and deliver presentations to solicit potential business opportunities from perspective clients and prepare proposals for new relationships; identify decision makers to maximise business opportunities; visit customer sites to maintain relationships and awareness to better support internal and external business objectives; provide current and prospective customers with technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations and product pricing.Account Management - Service enquiries for the supply of products on major contracts; contact a broad spectrum of existing and prospective clients on a weekly and cyclical basis.

Responsible for managing and developing the account sales within a defined portfolio of accounts. Drive the achievement of budgeted sales revenues and margins through consistent and sustainable growth. Ensure key account sales strategies and processes are in line with the overall Sebel business strategy.
