Line Managing a team of district based Health Coaches in Nottinghamshire leading on delivery of a Tier 1 community Obesity Prevention programme. Working strategically in the development of the Tier 1 plan, managing KPIs and producing quarterly reports to showcase performance quality.

Working for the Nottinghamshire County Council's commissioned Weight Mangement and Obesity Prevention service. Working in local community settings I promote healthy lifestyles, encouraging healthier eating and increasing levels of physical activity using a range of approaches and methodologies to demonstrate effectiveness. My role promotes access into the service, identifying, supporting and empowering behaviour change for children, families and adults. Obesity Prevention- Develop strong partnership links with key community stakeholders to provide a pathway to promote the 'Healthy Lifestyle' message throughout the county (partnership meetings, health events, strategic presentations)- Deliver 'Healthy Lifestyle' sessions to both adults and children to educate people around the importance of balanced Nutrition and Physical Activity- Support community and workplace health events to promote Healthy Eating and Physical Activity initiativesWeight Management- Post initial intervention (12/26 weeks) support to patients to complete the 12 month journey- Adopting behaviour change principles to empower patients to sustain their changed behaviours- Support patient action plan and bridge the gap post-intervention by signposting to external local services based on individual needs and requirements- Drop-in maintenance sessions to provide further support opportunitiesBusiness Support- Triaging patients, following up on missed appointments and dealing with general queries
