Before going back to college to get my Degree, I spent 30 years in the printing industry. I have done everything from Lead press operator on a 6 color 40 inch press, Project Manager, Scheduler, Pressroom Manager for the State of Washington, and Estimating. I have experience Managing both Union and non Union employees. I have been responsible for the training of 125 union employees in the DuPont Stop for Safety training program, and taught classes in a classroom setting. I have been trained in SMED fast makeready quick change over. I have written shop floor data collection programs for both the Automotive industry and the Printing Industry. I have been responsible for all of the shop floor data collection for 125 union employees, both the collection of information and creating and distributing of the reports
