About Mitch Holdeman

Detroit Processing is a small family owned USDA red meat processing facility / Meat Market / BBQ Joint. I have been responsible for bringing it up to date and under inspection. I’ve been hands on the entire process of remodeling as well as HACCP development. We raise and slaughter our own pigs and custom slaughter for other farmers. I’m also “Dad” to four beautiful daughters.
