As apart of the Task Force initiative, I was required to do short term consultant work to highlight and fix defective buildings and assets as well as improve system inefficiencies of facilities and operations within the Marriott International Company; working with GXP, Transcendent and Opera to maximum communication and performance and train incoming Engineering Executives. To also forecast month to month budgets; reviewing service contracts for scope and facility coverage and look at how to best manage department recourses for the best outputs and returns. Furthermore, assist in Capex and rehab projects in varying sizes from large scale rehabs budgeting for up to $600,000 to new structures and/ or complexes with budgets of up to $1,000,000. Acting as a client side project manager/ project engineer: I’m required to coordinate relevant builders, contractors and vendors to outline a scope that best serves stakeholders and fits within budgets. A multistage Experince; originally being brought on as a project coordinator to finish construction of the building before becoming the lead Marriott-based defector. Coming to the end of the DLP, I moved into a Supervising Engineer role and oversaw the general operations and maintenance of the building. The follow tasks were a daily requirement:- Developing task lists for the technicians to execute in an orderly fashion.- Balancing monthly budgets and expenditures for the engineering department.- Working with technicians and contractors to formulate a maintenance schedule for hotel assets.- Assisting technicians in the completion of technical fixes in the hotel.- Providing employee feedback and reports for individuals in the Engineering department.- Assuring that that the hotel runs and operates seamlessly to create the best possible customer experience.

Bobcatbob Services provided a wide range of services including: Landscaping, excavation, site cleaning and false-turf laying. My role within the business was as a generalised contractor tradesman where I would assist in the all the jobs listed above but also worked on any demolition, metal fabrication machine servicing that was required.

Head of Maintenance at the Melaleuca Cattle Farm in Merricks North wherein I work as a groundsman, fabricator and organiser of livestock; I also work as an independent labourer, completing all kinds of jobs ranging from metal fabrications to land clearing.

Elite athlete in the sport of rowing; I was required to complete a rigorous training schedule and complete at the highest levels of rowing both domestically and internationally.

As an elite athlete, I was required to complete a rigorous training regiment and also work with my other teammates to make myself as proficient in my sport of rowing as I could possibly be. I went on to compete in the World Rowing Championships- in Sarasota, Florida- in 2019. I competed in two events: the men's coxed four, wherein I won a Gold medal and I also competed in the men's eight's devision, wherein I placed 6th in the world. Upon returning to Australia I was awarded the 'Men's crew/ rower of the year award' for my efforts in competitions that year.
