I worked in management for 18 years at Americas Tire. I helped many stores achieve sales awards and safety awards. I worked my way up to store manager and also reached sales goals and safety awards in my store too. I Managed a team of 15-20 employees. I was responsible for training, safety, inventory, projections, marketing, customer service and maintaining happy employees too! I worked at Vista Ford of Oxnard as a service advisor. I have a lot of automotive background and I'm very mechanically inclined. I am also very good at listening to customers needs and following through on their expectations and making sure the job gets done correctly. I am currently working with Dealertire running a tire store at Lexus of Thousand Oaks.
