MANAGEMENT: Fort Meade Stormwater Program. Duties require coordination on the development of the Maryland Separate Stormwater Sewer System (MS4) Annual Report submitted to MDE. Development of the MS4 Implementation Strategy to meet the 2025 required 150 acres of impervious surface treatment. Development of the cost benefits analysis to determine funding needs from Army Environmental Command to meet MS4 requirements. Project management of the Fort Meade Stream Stability Assessment Report 2018 designed to identify all stream reaches on Fort Meade that qualify for TMDL credits. Project Manager and responsible party for the development of the Army’s first Regenerative Stormwater Conveyance project treating 13 acres of impervious surface. Project Manager for U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service stream restoration design contract taking action to correct 3,000 linear feet of incised eroding stream channel in Tributary 9 of the Severn Run USE IV stream system.

Special assistant to project development exploring emerging markets. Conducting site inspections for quality assurance, investigation of construction techniques and efficiency. Special projects review and recommendations to meet agency requirements.

Coordinates natural resource assessment and restoration projects. Development of company standards for stream geomorphic and wetland assessment. Environmental Monitor providing construction project inspection services to the Maryland State Highway Administration.
