The Technical Service Representative actively manages a number of strategic accounts based on technical skill and/or corporate requirements. The Technical Service Representative maintains relationships between PlayNetwork and its customers to the mutual benefit of both parties, by ensuring that the highest quality product and service is delivered.- Ensure timely resolution of service issues in the field as specified within the client's service agreement and in accordance with PlayNetwork standards. - Day to day contact with clients and 3rd party contractors. - Day to day systematic troubleshooting to resolve client system issues. During normal work hours and via the after hours oncall service as needed.- Dispatch and management of the service contractor network.
