Technology Consulting Analyst

After interning at Accenture during the Summer of 2015, I officially started out with Accenture in August 2016, and am now based out of San Francisco, CA. As a technology consulting analyst at Accenture, I was able to acquire substantial project experience, working on 4 different projects with 4 different clients in 3 different industries as of October 2017.In my first role, I was tasked with contributing to the design, development, and testing of a new employee self-service portal to be built in a shared instance of ServiceNow for my client, taking responsibility for maintaining the project communication and training plan, streamlining the project requirements gathering process, and becoming as proficient as possible in the use of ServiceNow for training purposes.In both my second and third roles, I was responsible for providing support in the management and analysis of new project work requests submitted internally by clients. In these roles, I was able to gain experience increasing the efficiency of each work intake process by designing customized sub-processes and business rules for particular types of work requests, as well as by creating in-depth documentation to bring clients up to speed on the nature of each process and train them in their use.In my fourth and final role as a technology consulting analyst, I was given the opportunity to assist in the documentation and development of a cutting-edge digital seller tool for use by my client's sales workforce. Some of my primary responsibilities included the creation and organization of user stories for the tool based on client input/feedback, as well as the collection and distribution of pertinent information divulged at semi-weekly client working sessions to all relevant parties.
