This Windows-based product suite went on to become FAME’s most successful product, deployed at hundreds of colleges and trade schools across North America and was ultimately responsible for over 60% of the company’s revenue. Supervised a team of 6 developers.● Acted as both lead developer and product manager, responsible for all design and requirements● Conceived, designed and coded some of the most popular and successful features, such as a simple, yet very powerful ad hoc reporting system and a guided, workflow management dashboard. These were among the top marketing features for Sales.● Successfully delivered the first fully automated Federal Student Financial Aid packaging and delivery system in the target market segment. This involved incredibly complex business logic and automation in a highly regulated environment of Federal oversight, where the consequences for non-compliance were severe, demanding the highest degree of accuracy and quality. Drastically reduced update rollout cost and time by creating an auto-update system directly integrated into the product. Able to check for, download and install updates automatically and refresh license/subscription data.
