Proactively owning the success of a portfolio of Fortune 500 Enterprise customers. Developing individual success plans for each customer to ensure adoption, expansion and loyalty across the portfolio. Driving digital transformation with customers by developing trusted advisor relationships and applying a consultative mindset. Partnering with Sales to develop account strategy for each Enterprise customer to hit retention and upsell targets. Onboarding and training new customers, and partnering with Implementation Engineers to ensure successful project management and ongoing support of custom features and API integrations. Building customer feedback loops with product management to surface customer requests and translate feedback into product requirements. Partnering with marketing to develop customers for case studies and media opportunities. Owning creation of internal and customer facing processes, programs and materials to improve the quality and efficiency of the Customer Success department.

Responsible for finding net new opportunities, working with existing customers to renew and expand into their organizations and evangelize Pluralsight in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. Meeting customers onsite and helping them create and deliver a learning strategy in their organization. Met and exceeded monthly, quarterly and annual sales quota.
