Mitchell brings 8 years of Project Management experience to Holland Construction, Inc. He has managed two residential projects in Seattle since he began his career with Holland Construction.Mitch joined the Holland Construction, Inc. team in 2011, and together with the rest of the project team, successfully delivered his first project, Coppins Well, in Seattle, Washington in April of 2012. Coppins Well is a highly successful high-rise apartment complex with 236 units. Mitch then went onto oversee the interior design and finishes of the 815 Pine development, known as Premiere on Pine, a 40-Story high rise luxury apartment project with 386 units, rooftop amenities with stunning views of downtown Seattle and the Puget Sound. From there Mitch worked on the structural phases of two multifamily mid-Story apartment complexes in Westlake Union of Downtown Seattle with 702 Units combined between both projects. He then led the role of a Lead Project Manager with a 5 person team on a 119 apartment unit complex in West Seattle now known as The Huxley Apartments completed in May of 2019.
