I first entered the professional construction field with an internship with a mechanical contractor allowing me to gain knowledge in the operating structure of a construction company. The projects ranged from office, hospitality, financial, and educational facilities. I've also gained experience in the retail construction industry, coordinating and estimating casework and finish carpentry packages for Nordstrom Stores throughout the country. From there I have transitioned myself into holding positions as a Project Engineer, Project Manager with General Contractors, the Construction Manager of the iconic IDS Center in downtown Minneapolis, and currently a Project Manager for the Project & Development Services team with Cushman & Wakefield.
