The projects ranged from office, hospitality, financial, and educational facilities. I've also gained experience in the retail construction industry, coordinating and estimating casework and finish carpentry packages for Nordstrom Stores throughout the country. From there I have transitioned myself into holding positions as a Project Engineer, Project Manager with General Contractors, the Construction Manager of the iconic IDS Center in downtown Minneapolis, and currently a Project Manager for the Project & Development Services team with Cushman & Wakefield. As Construction Manager of the IDS Center I was responsible for all construction related improvements to the 1.4 million square foot mixed-use asset. This also included the 1550 and 1600 Towers at West End properties in St. Louis Park, MN.
