President and Chief Executive Officer of Frontgrade Technologies, a high technology company with a deep history in developing and manufacturing high reliability electronics for the harshest environments. Leading rapid growth and value creation by accelerating technology and product capabilities into the space and defense domains. Previously served as the Executive Vice President of Mercury Systems and President of its Mission Systems Division. In this role he leads Mercury’s largest business unit and is responsible for a broad portfolio including sensor and platform processing systems, trusted and secure mission systems, and Mercury’s international operations. Also served as the Chief Growth Officer and Executive Vice President for Mercury Systems, responsible for driving and aligning Mercury’s growth strategy and global technology initiatives across the enterprise as part of the executive leadership team. Earlier senior executive positions include executive strategy leader for Raytheon Missiles and Defense (RMD), a $17B annual sales aerospace and defense business unit as well as VP and GM for $3.4B Strategic and Naval Defense Systems LimeOf Business / Strategic Business Unit for RMD. Broad profit and loss experience as a VP / GM, leading strategic business segments exceeding $3B in annual sales, across US domestic and international customer bases. Deep experience across all aspects of business leadership and general management for technology driven products spanning all life-cycle phases (development, production, and sustainment). Additionally, served as a Director on the Raytheon Systems Limited (Raytheon UK) Board of Directors and as a Board Member of the Huntsville / Madison Chamber of Commerce. Currently a Board of Directors member for the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA).
