Daily interaction with project architects, engineers, developers, as well as general contractors where I represent our company and manage new store construction projects for accuracy in reference to drawings, specs, timelines, RFIs, and PCRs. Verify that current prototype model, fixture plan, current PCRs and specs are incorporated into site specific construction drawings and distributed accordingly in an accurate and acceptable timeframe. Promptly answer RFIs/questions that all involved in the process of new store construction may have in reference to drawings, specs, design, and timelines go to make the construction process go as smooth as possible on the architectural/engineering side in order to make scheduled openings. Work directly with, but not limited to, all of Store Development, as well as Food Safety, Legal, and banner specific departments. It has been my personal responsibility to track, maintain, revise and distribute the Delhaize America specification book and site layout criteria throughout my tenure with the company. Develop and distribute weekly status reports of projects I manage. Red line prototype drawings as needed for future releases. Review site plans from Real Estate and well as civil drawings from Engineering from a site criteria and lease standpoint to ensure the companies best interests.

Trained to draw mechanical room layouts, draw equipment from contractor’s submittals, route piping, and make bill of materials for approval by contractor.
