As the senior communications manager for McCarthy's Southwest region, I champion communications, digital content and social media efforts for Arizona, Colorado, and our national water/wastewater and renewable energy business units. Within my role, I help strategize and develop key messages with each business unit and our external PR consultant; coordinate press releases with clients and consultants for internal and external use; lead personnel and project award submissions; and develop site specific marketing & communication plans that guide PR and award submission opportunities.
