My professional story:I joined Brooksource right out of college and within six months had the opportunity to forge partnerships with some of the most impressive organizations in the Columbus market as an Account Executive. My next gig was leading our Nashville Operations as a Market Director. I was tasked with building a culture and customer base to last while managing a team of 25 talent sales and delivery professionals. My current role leading our Sales Enablement team is my calling. I was given the opportunity to build something from the ground up and am now tasked with growing and maturing our practice to world-class status. I get to work with an amazing cast of teammates to extend a customer-centric mindset to the entire organization, placing customers at the forefront of everything we do.
